WHO WE ARE:

• CNYC Executive Board & Officers. The 11-member Executive Board works to set policy and goals for CNYC and work for cooperatives and condominiums on a wide variety of issues. Members serve staggered two-year terms, with elections held each year at the CNYC Annual Meeting.

WHAT WE DO:

• Annual Housing Conference. Each year, CNYC offers a full-day conference with dozens of workshops and a large exhibit area of vendors providing goods and services for cooperatives and condominiums. • CNYC's Annual Meeting. A chance for CNYC members to take part in a review and discussion of important issues, as well as vote for members of CNYC's executive board. The evening generally features an elected official, government leader or other figure of importance to New York's cooperative and condominium community.
• Action Committee for Reasonable Real Estate Taxes. The Action Committee fights for tax fairness for cooperatives and condominiums, and it urges all co-ops and condos to take part in this important struggle.
