STUART SAFT SERVING SECOND TERM ON NCB BOARD

CNYC Board Chairman Stuart M. Saft was overwhelmingly re-elected to the board of the National Cooperative Bank this year to fill a Housing seat. He has been named chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Saft and CNYC thank all those CNYC members who supported his candidacy.

The NCB board of 15 consists of three presidential appointees and 12 individuals elected by the bank's borrower-shareholders to serve three-year terms.
