CNYC's 34th ANNUAL HOUSING CONFERENCE & EXPO

CNYC will hold its 38th Annual Housing Conference on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the headquarters of Local 32BJ of the International Service Employees Union at 25 West 18th Street in Manhattan. The large fifth floor auditorium will house Exhibits of Products & Services. Complementary coffee and tea will be available throughout the day on this floor, and a reception will take place here when classes end at 4:30 pm. The back cover of this publication includes a pass to admit one person to walk the exhibit area. No such pass is necessary for anyone who is registered for classes at the Conference, as their registration includes the Exhibit visit.

A DIVERSITY OF CLASSES – MODEST RATES FOR MEMBERS

In the course of the day, 66 informative classes will be offered, touching on virtually every aspect of operating housing cooperatives and condominiums. Each participant may register for three or four classes, depending on the time frames selected. Every CNYC member cooperative and condominium can send one person to attend classes all day at no charge, provided that they are registered by November 7th. Additional participants can attend at modest member rates or at the higher rates for those non-affiliated with CNYC. Members of sister organizations NAHC, UHAB, FNYHC, CCC, ARC, NAHC and Big Apple CAI are invited at member rates. Best rates are in effect from the opening of registration in August until October 12th to encourage early registration. Team registration will also bring savings.

DETAILED BROCHURE COMING THIS SUMMER

The Conference brochure will be posted on the CNYC website in August and will be mailed out early in September. It includes descriptions of each of the classes, travel instructions to 25 West 18th Street and forms for mail-in registration. Online registration is also available. To register for this Conference, each participant must indicate the specific classes that they would like to attend. Tickets will be mailed early in November to all those who have registered in advance.
